The delightful family who live within this country residence, had not long owned the property but had a fixed agenda for converting the outbuildings on the land to allow them to become more suited to the family requirements.
Prior to our instruction, one of the outbuildings was converted to an extremely high standard by the family’s chosen builder, so we knew that we had to produce a spectacular design to convert the existing stable block and workshop.
Situated within a country setting it was only natural to choose material finishes such as oak posts and Timber cladding along with a pallet of other rural materials.
The initial layout offers a self-contained annexe benefiting from a double bedroom, bathroom and open plan living space with a vaulted ceiling above. All opening out onto the generous gardens. A large workshop has been retained which also offers a double garage for the main residence. We are extremely pleased with the builders completed works on site which brings to life the clients eye for detail.
