We were excited to have been approached to produce designs to remodel areas of this well proportioned, luxury dwelling within Broadstone. The project encompassed works which could be carried out in different stages, something that more and more of our clients are keen to do.
The brief included remodelling the existing Master Suite to incorparate a seperate dressing room, repositioning the existing kitchen to the rear of the property allowing for a large dining area, converting the previous dining room into a large utility room, adding a library to the existing lounge and extending the rear of the property to make way for an oak framed sunroom.
The sunroom was designed to fall within Permitted Development Rights which has been confirmed by the Local Authority. The Master Suite has now been completed allowing our clients to move forward with the next stage of this exciting remodel.
