Located in the affluent area of Lilliput, this large luxury property has been completely rejuvenated and remodelled by the current owner to an extremely high standard.
We were asked to add to this already magnificent internal finish produced by the local builders Diamond Construction by providing a design to convert the attic space into a formal suite. This large space would consist of in master bedroom, dressing room and separate ensuite which will be naturally lit using large glazed elements throughout. 
With its height the master bedroom benefits from tremendous views over the lake to the rear of the property which prompted us to incorporate a balcony at this level taking advantage of the picturesque outlook.
The completed works do not disappoint, a feeling of pure openness is that throughout, the views are spectacular and the client felt that the design really fits well with both the house and the surrounding location.
