The owners of this magnificent 19th Century villa instructed THE DESIGN BOARD just prior to the full completion of the sale. This offered us the opportunity to produce a proposal at the earliest stage of ownership.
It was the client’s preference to retain the tradition of the building, this would include demolishing a 1980’s single storey extension and replacing it with a two storey addition, sympathetically fitting to the charm and period of the original property. The roof has recently undergone major repair works, whilst a large amount of internal alteration is underway allowing appropriate time for to submit the planning application to rejuvenate this impressive home as a whole.
This is a truly remarkable project to be involved with and we will update the website with the continued works on site throughout the build.
