Bungalow Redevelopment
Working with a Local Developer who knows the area very well and who are extremely experienced with these types of projects, we were instructed to provide a design to transform this empty bungalow into a large luxurious family home.
The hipped roof house was hidden behind the overgrown gardens, which when cut back revealed the potential of both the building and the plot.
To work within the Developers timeframe, we managed to secure a Lawful Certificate to dramatically rejuvenate the Bungalow all within Permitted Development Rights.
The remodelled facade with its timber clad walls, cut stone detailing and anthracite doors and windows, invites you into what is now a large, luxurious four bedroom family home.
With a vaulted entrance, which incorporates stairs to a new first floor, home to two large double bedrooms, both with their own private ensuite facilities.
To the ground floor level there are two further double bedrooms, a family bathroom and separate shower room.
