An exciting opportunity to create a Concept Design for nine new apartments, aligned with a modern aesthetic, to be situated on a site in Dorset that leans towards the trend of apartment living. The proposed building serves as a contemporary addition, featuring apartments adorned with extensive glazing, floor-to-ceiling doors that open onto private terraces and balconies. These residences boast high-end kitchens and bathrooms, creating a delightful living environment.

A private communal garden enhances the external space, offering a perfect retreat for occupants during the warmer months. Each of the nine apartments exudes a luxurious touch, with the three penthouse units, characterized by apex windows that provide expansive views, standing out as truly exceptional.

Sustainability takes center stage in the design, with much of the roof being flat, providing an ideal location for solar panels. Carports are available for residents, and terrace areas are adorned with a sedum roof. The proposed design aims to create a welcoming atmosphere for both residents and visitors, establishing a secure haven for all.
